In this ATE Test Engineer role, you'll be pivotal in transferring advanced GPU, Tegra, and Automotive products from design to production. Your work will include developing and implementing new ATE test programs while refining testing methodologies and working in tandem with cross-functional teams to debug and optimize products. You’ll be instrumental in improving product yield and testing capacity across our manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive ATE test programs

• Optimize test methods, debug, and integrate test flows

• Improve production test programs by owning methodologies

• Collaborate effectively with various engineering teams

• Write scripts and tools to enhance the engineering team's productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years in IC Design or ATE testing

• Proficiency with Advantest 93K ATE platform required

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Familiarity with DFT techniques like SCAN and ATPG
