Your expertise will be critical in managing and developing advanced semiconductor devices, including high voltage and analog technologies. Collaborating with various groups, including the Foundry and Design teams, you will provide essential device specifications and clarifications. Your work will not only enhance MPS’s product portfolio but also promote sustainability efforts in power delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage development of DMOS, Bipolar, and CMOS devices
• Collaborate with foundry personnel for device qualification
• Define and verify design rules in partnership with CAD teams
• Engage with Mask Design for layout and tooling needs
• Perform device testing and simulations using CAD software
Requirements:
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years in process and device development
• Knowledge of high voltage and semiconductor design
• Experience with process simulations and DRC verifications
• Proficiency in layout and mask-making software
