As part of our Geotechnical team, you will take ownership of technical assignments, working under the direction of a Project Manager while also stepping into that role when needed. Your responsibility will include developing relationships within the industry and promoting our services to clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and manage consulting projects, act as Project Manager when needed
• Complete technical assignments within budget and timelines
• Provide mentorship to junior staff members
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Manage a self-sourced consulting assignment portfolio
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Geotechnical Engineering
• 10-15 years of industry experience, specifically in back filling
• Proven independence in project management and client marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Alignment with AMC's ethical and professional standards
Contribute to a collaborative environment at AMC Consultants and advance mining consulting practices in Canada.
