Bilingual Financial Services Associate

Serve English- and French-speaking clients at RBC in Montréal while supporting Financial Planners with banking solutions and accurate follow-up.

This full-time Associate, Financial Planning role combines client service, sales support, and financial administration. You help deliver credit, investments, and everyday banking solutions while addressing client requests. Collaboration with organizational partners supports client needs, relationships, and easier banking experiences.

• Provide consistent support for client requests and concerns
• Ensure accurate documentation and complete required follow-ups
• Support fulfilment of credit and investment solutions
• Track referrals, relationships, and annual team-plan progress
• Apply policies, procedures, and operational-risk due diligence

• Required English and French bilingualism for regular client service
• Mutual Funds accreditation through recognized Canadian programs
• Direct experience with personal lending, investments, and banking
• Excellent communication across in-person, email, and phone channels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
