This Personal Banking Associate role supports customers with financial queries, new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will build relationships, resolve service issues, and guide customers toward appropriate staff or internal Bank partners. The position offers 18.75 hours in Gatineau, Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete processes and documentation accurately under regulations
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Good judgement when handling confidential customer matters
Applicable Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization registration requirements
Ability to support clients in a language besides French
Bring customer service, banking solutions, digital education, and relationship-building skills to TD Canada Trust in Gatineau.
