Intent of the process
The immediate intent of the process is to fill positions on a temporary basis (Term, acting or assignment) at Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED).This process could also be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates and could be used to fill similar positions within the various Business Offices at Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) with various official language proficiencies (French Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB), and using various staffing mechanisms (Indeterminate, Term extension, Term deployment, Secondment, Assignment).

- Val-d'OrIn line with Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) direction, Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) intends to adopt a common hybrid work model where employees work at their designated worksite at least 4 days each week, as of July 6, 2026. Those positions require on-site presence in accordance with the currency policy on the office attendance and also require the ability to travel within the territory covered by the business office to which the position is assigned.
