• A licensed and insured massage therapist (minimum 400 hours; ideally 1000)
• Positive, professional, heart-centered, and motivated
• A team player committed to excellence and growth
• Available a minimum of 12 treatment hours per week (ideally 18–30)
• Comfortable with charting, rebooking clients, and creating a welcoming space
