Strathmore is actively seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for high-volume recruitment in the snow removal and landscaping sectors. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full recruitment cycle for seasonal and permanent staff
• Implement innovative strategies to attract top talent
• Screen applications and conduct virtual interviews
• Participate in job fairs to enhance company visibility
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires for smooth integration
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably high-volume
• Proficient in both French and English
• Experience with ATS; ADP is a plus
• Ability to work independently and with targets
• Dynamic and results-oriented personality
