Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and work on data-driven projects involving data integration, cleansing, transformation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience with data warehousing, and proficiency in handling complex data scenarios.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, interpret, and transform data from multiple sources including APIs, files, and databases.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and quality checks before loading into Data Warehouse (DWH).
- Design and implement deduplication strategies and handle similar/identical records using SQL and ETL tools.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries
, including joins, ranking functions ((), RANK(), ()), and aggregation logic. - Create reports and dashboards ensuring accurate representation of data at different granular levels (customer, product, service).
- Implement MDM (Master Data Management) principles to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
- Handle Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) and Change Data Capture (CDC) in ETL processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Automate data reconciliation scripts and ensure robust data quality checks post-load.
- Document processes, maintain audit trails, and adhere to data governance standards.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, ranking, aggregation).
- Hands‑on experience with ETL tools and Data Warehousing concepts
. - Knowledge of MDM
, SCD
, and CDC methodologies. - Experience in data cleansing, deduplication, and reconciliation
. - Familiarity with API-based data integration
. - Good understanding of data quality frameworks and automation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
