Mandatory requirements:
Must have college diploma or certificate in engineering, science, or a related technical field, or equivalent training/experience.
Must have sixty (60) months within the last one hundred and twenty (120) months in reporting and monitoring incidents within IT applications and supporting improvements to related business processes.
Must have a minimum of thirty‑six (36) months of demonstrated experience in the last sixty (60) months with the following specialty applications:
SAP Solution Manager
SAP Plant Maintenance
