This remote role requires you to collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their unique needs and translate these into actionable Service Now solutions. You will handle everything from configuring key modules to ensuring compliance with Service Now standards, while also engaging in pre-sales activities to showcase the full potential of your solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to define and translate business needs
• Configure Service Now modules to meet requirements
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance
• Stay informed on Service Now updates and enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years of direct Service Now implementation experience
• Proficient in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules
• Scripting expertise in JavaScript and integration technologies
• CSA certification required; additional certifications preferred
