Looking for strong technical understanding of the Dayforce platform — specifically extension points, data models, and integration patterns and tools
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Ability to collaborate with security and integration experts on architectural topics
- Can articulate architectural concepts clearly to a business audience.
This is a technical architect profile, not a config consultant — looking for Dayforce solution architect or integration architect.
Can also consider candidates with adjacent HCM platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM) with strong integration/architecture background.
