Purpose
This role is responsible for shaping and executing a clear product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. It serves as the bridge between customers and product development, translating requirements into actionable plans while supporting go‑to‑market activities and external engagements. By managing the product roadmap and enabling sales and marketing teams, the role drives innovation, product evolution, and successful adoption in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of 911 Call Handling Cloud Native product

Define product requirements as per NENA 911 standards and customer requirements

Attend customer meetings and identify feature requirements

End‑end product lifecycle management. Ensure deliverables from the development team meet the documented requirements

Track and manage the status of ongoing projects, communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders

Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business value; iterate and prioritize enhancements based on insights

Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision, clearly defining priorities and timelines

Facilitate meetings with appropriate SMEs to resolve risks

Ensure compliance with ISO
9000 and ISO
27001 processes

Host progress meetings with teams located in multiple sites

Adhere to software development practices in an ISO 9001 compliant environment and ensure the teams are following ISO 9001 practices.

Assist in preparation of estimates for product features/services

Assist support teams with questions, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide deployment support

Follow corporate policies and procedures

Other functions as required.

Requirements

Deep understanding of NENA 911 requirements having led products compliant with NENA i2‑i3 specifications

Experience building for and deploying products in Public Service Answering Points (PSAPs)

Experience working with State Public Safety customers

Good understanding of leading Cloud Native products a plus

Minimum 10 years’ experience managing lifecycle of software products

Experience with Atlassian tools is required

Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is required

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills

Display high level of self‑motivation

Ability to maintain productivity across multiple, simultaneous projects/work streams

Detail‑oriented, with strong analytical skills

Education

BS in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering.

Compensation
The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
