Oracle CX Functional Consultant
Start/End date:
July 7 2026 - July Hours per week: 37.5

Required skills:
- 5+ years as Functional Consultant in complex environments;
- 2+ years with CRM systems (Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud preferred);
- expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration; experience with Accounts, Contacts, Service Requests, Opportunities; skilled in Application/Page Composer, sandboxes, custom objects, fields, scripts, relationships;
Azure Dev Ops for user stories, test cases, bugs, tasks; strong CRM/service workflow knowledge; functional/regression testing; - test cycles, data prep, defect management; environment refresh/migration; requirements analysis; translating business needs;
- Agile experience; relevant business/IT degree; excellent communication, problem-solving, adaptability, accountability.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC);
- knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reporting;
- basic understanding of REST APIs in Oracle CX;
- security management;
- Dev Ops experience; work with government organizations;
- Functional Consultant or Oracle CRM certifications; proactive, strategic, and collaborative mindset; change resilience;
- commitment to continuous learning.
