With extensive experience in IM/IT initiatives, you’ll provide strategic advice aligned with ITIL best practices and project objectives. Your leadership will drive requirements analysis, design, and successful implementation of core IT systems.

• Lead ITSM project initiatives for delivery and implementation
• Collaborate with project managers on budget and scope management
• Define IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Ensure solutions meet ITIL best practices and stakeholder needs
• Analyze and develop core IM/IT systems requirements

• College diploma in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Robust background in managing IM/IT solutions
• Proficient in project scope and change management
• Bilingual communication skills mandatory
• Experience in budget administration and stakeholder management
