You will guide customers in effectively utilizing Dayforce's features and functionalities, ensuring they receive tailored assistance. Your background in payroll processes and ERP applications will be critical in troubleshooting and maintaining user documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues
• Answer and resolve client questions on Dayforce usage
• Collaborate with developers to identify software defects
• Maintain service documentation to aid customer self-service
• Communicate and manage service expectations clearly
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French is essential
• Prior experience in Canadian payroll and tax systems
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of SQL is beneficial
