You’ll work closely with engineering, technical, and service teams to design, prototype, integrate, and support complex telecommunications systems, business applications, and networking products.

• Contribute to system architecture design and support product prototyping from concept through implementation
• Analyze system specifications, define qualification tests, and document designs that meet applicable standards
• Select, qualify, integrate, and test third-party equipment, software, and complex system features
• Develop technical design documentation, procedures, and support materials for operational teams
• Respond to emerging customer-impacting issues by troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective resolutions
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, and service teams across the organization to support reliable system delivery

• 4+ years of experience in systems design, systems engineering, telecommunications, networking, or a related technical environment
• University degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience in maintaining database infrastructure, including MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, replication, failover, backup, and restore
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016 and above
• Experience with virtualization tools such as Proxmox or VMware, server hardware sizing and deployment, debugging tools, data analysis, and report generation
• Assets include Active Directory, scripting and automation using Power Shell, bash, or Lua, and containers or orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible
• Experience with Linux environments such as RHEL or Debian is an asset
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 is preferred
