This position involves supporting the production systems critical to trading activities. Your hands-on experience and strong communication skills will enable you to coordinate effectively with trading staff, developers, and infrastructure teams. You will be responsible for documenting solutions and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve trading issues and escalate when necessary
• Liaise with trading groups in the US and UK
• Disseminate important platform information to staff
• Automate processes for improved trade support
• Monitor and deploy internal trading systems accordingly
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in support roles within trading environments
• Strong knowledge of equities and financial markets
• Proficient in Unix/Linux and SQLPLSQL
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Must be available for EST time zone hours
