With extensive experience in IT support, you will engage in device management, customer training, and security incident escalation, optimizing service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve escalated service requests effectively
• Provide tech support for various hardware and software
• Conduct device imaging, deployments, and repairs
• Oversee user connectivity and access management
• Train Service Desk personnel and improve service processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in end-user IT support
• Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft applications
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory and device management
• Experience in networking and security protocols
• Must have a valid driver's license and travel readiness
