As a Level III analyst with Payments Canada, you will provide pivotal support in managing payment operations across critical systems.
Your role includes continuous monitoring of payment flows and liaising between financial members and service partners. A focus on process improvement and effective communication will be key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor payment systems and validate operational readiness
• Manage incidents and ensure timely resolutions
• Liaise with service partners to optimize communication
• Maintain SOPs and assist in documentation initiatives
• Provide advisory services to financial member clients
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or Computer Science
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Five years of operations support experience
• Familiarity with ITIL functions and best practices
• Ability to work hybrid in Ottawa or Toronto
