Security Analyst - Group AP

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Security Analystto joinour team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our information security infrastructure, help protect company assets from cyber threats, andassistinmaintainingcompliance with security policies and standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their security career who is eager to learn in a hands-on environment.

• Monitor security alerts, logs, and events from Bitdefender and elevate incidents as appropriate
• Assist with the gathering IT security data todeterminestatus of mandated fundamentals within the group
• Assistin the evaluation of proper administration and maintenance of firewalls
• Support user access management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviewsat the group level
• Participate in incident response activities, including documentation and post-incident reviews
• Assistin administering identity and access management (IAM) systems and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
• Respond to helpdesk tickets related to security issues (e.g., locked accounts, phishing reports)
• Assist with security awareness training initiatives and phishing simulation campaigns
• Contribute to compliance efforts related to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS(including technical document review)
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of new companies to the group
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of new employees within the group
• Assistwithdevelopment and distribution of appropriate communicationregardingIT Security within the group
• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

• College diplomain Cybersecurityor Information Technologyandequivalent practical experience
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs)
• Familiarity with Windows operating system administration
• Knowledge of core security principles (CIA triad, least privilege, defense in depth)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellentproficiencyin Microsoft Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsinEnglish
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentor independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills

• CC certified in Cybersecurity Certification
• Exposure to tools such as Bitdefender, VSA, Windows Defender
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira
• CEH or GPEN certification
