Voleon invites applications for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Corporate IT Services team. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, primarily supporting software engineering and quantitative research teams. This role involves resolving user issues quickly and fostering a seamless technology experience in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical issues via help desk and chat
• Resolve macOS hardware and software connectivity issues
• Configure endpoints and handle device enrollment
• Support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tool administration
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
• Strong background in corporate macOS environments
• Familiar with ticketing and ITSM platforms
• Experience in managing conference room technology
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
