Elevate IT service management with ICW Group as a Service Now Specialist. This strategic role focuses on optimizing Service Now modules and delivering seamless service solutions.
The Service Now Delivery Specialist is vital for driving ITSM excellence at ICW Group. You will leverage your experience in Service Now, working closely with stakeholders to enhance functionalities across Request Management, Service Catalog, and Employee Center.
Your role includes guidance on ITIL compliance and delivering tailored ITSM solutions that support enterprise-wide goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain Service Now modules and workflows
• Enhance the Employee Center for better user experiences
• Lead Workday-Service Now integrations for HR and IT
• Monitor service performance and manage SLAs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ITSM processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7-8 years in ITSM and Service Now roles
• Proven experience with Request Management and integrations
• ITIL V4 and Service Now certifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills
