Data Scientist Co-op Intern

The Data Scientist Co-op Intern will contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for education. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply data science skills to impactful projects that transform how students learn and succeed.

• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights for our AI-powered platforms.
• Assist in developing and fine-tuning predictive algorithms for Lumynara’s Xaly Score™ and Xaly Learn™.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to optimize platform features.
• Support the creation of machine learning models that enhance educational outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.

• Education:
  
  Currently enrolled in a Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics program at a recognized Canadian university.
• Eligibility:
  Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Python or R; experience with data analysis libraries like Pandas, Num Py, and Scikit-learn; familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Matplotlib.
• Knowledge:
  Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Personal Traits:
