As a key leadership figure, the Senior Manager of Order Fulfillment & Data Analytics will oversee the complete order lifecycle. This role emphasizes automation to enhance order management and analytics, ensuring efficient operations totaling over 10 years of experience in e-commerce. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead OMS and TMS platform implementation and vendor selection

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 10 years of ecommerce order management experience
• Proven track record in process automation
• Advanced analytical skills with SQL and BI tools required
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in operations
