IT Support Technician at Cavanagh Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support to all Cavanagh users on-site and remotely

• Set up and maintain laptops/desktops within a Microsoft and mixed environment

• Help maintain network equipment effectively

• Maintain accurate IT and asset documentation routinely

• Participate in the planning and execution of new IT projects

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent technical experience

• 3-5 years in an IT support capacity

• Strong skills in problem-solving and management

• Valid driver's license and personal transportation

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
