Summary:
As an Analytics Solutions Engineer, you will be part of our Data & Measurement team, responsible for designing, building, and delivering customer-facing analytics that pharma leaders rely on to run their commercial operations. This is a senior technical and customer-facing role, sitting at the intersection of dashboard build, data modelling, and strategic advisory. You will be the analytical voice in the room with pharma customers, guiding them on which metrics matter for their business and translating business context into meaningful analytical outputs.

Summary:
As an Analytics Solutions Engineer, you will be part of our Data & Measurement team, responsible for designing, building, and delivering customer-facing analytics that pharma leaders rely on to run their commercial operations. This is a senior technical and customer-facing role, sitting at the intersection of dashboard build, data modelling, and strategic advisory. You will be the analytical voice in the room with pharma customers, guiding them on which metrics matter for their business and translating business context into meaningful analytical outputs.
Inthis role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and delivering customer-facing analytics dashboards end-to-end, including:
- requirements gathering with customer stakeholders; data modeling and semantic definition of business concepts
- dashboard design and build in Tableau
- validation of analytical output for accuracy and business relevance
- delivery, presentation, and ongoing iteration with customers
- Writing clean, performant SQL against our data platform.
- Leading customer conversations to understand business context, and guiding customers on the right metrics and visualizations for their business needs.
- Translating customer business language into data requirements, and analytical work back into business narratives that leadership can act on.
- Presenting analytical work to senior customer stakeholders - VPs of Commercial, Heads of Analytics, and Executive Sponsors - with clarity and specificity.
