Drive successful Hub Spot projects as our proactive Project Manager. Oversee implementations and onboarding, managing client communications and timelines every step of the way.
We are looking for an organized Project Manager to handle multiple Hub Spot implementation projects. This role requires strong communication with clients and the technical team to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. You will create project plans, manage resources, and identify potential risks to guarantee successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple Hub Spot implementation projects efficiently
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Coordinate tasks and resources within the technical team
• Communicate project progress and manage client expectations
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks
Requirements:
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• PMP or similar certification is an advantage
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
