Join Northwood in a vital role for Global Shipping and Inventory Management. As a Logistics & Inventory Specialist, oversee shipping operations and enhance our Torrance facility’s inventory flow.
Your work will help bridge earth and space through efficient logistics management. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate shipments and ensure material traceability to support production and R&D needs. Your experience in ERP systems and shipping documentation will be essential to maintaining efficiency in our high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead logistics operations for all shipments
• Prepare and audit shipping documentation
• Identify and resolve transit delays proactively
• Maintain strict material handling standards
• Conduct transactions within the ERP system
Requirements:
• 2+ years managing shipments in manufacturing
• Knowledge of LTL, FTL, and international shipping
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems for tracking
• Strong inventory management understanding
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
