In this role, you will assist in executing sourcing strategies that align with Alo Yoga's values. Your experience in textile manufacturing and performance fabric sourcing will be crucial in improving cost efficiency. You will actively mitigate material risks and support various production processes within the CAFTA and EU regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support seasonal sourcing initiatives and supplier alignment
• Maintain supplier documentation and performance data
• Analyze sourcing and cost data for purchasing support
• Coordinate compliance documentation and testing requirements
• Monitor fabric commitments and usage reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years experience in raw material production
• Technical expertise in yarn and textile production
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of sustainability in supply chains
