Position: Silent-Aire Logistics Coordinator Role

As a member of the Johnson Controls logistics team, you will facilitate the timely flow of materials as a Logistics Coordinator. The position requires meticulous attention to detail when preparing shipping paperwork, monitoring delivery schedules, and coordinating with customs processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and submit shipping paperwork to necessary parties

• Monitor and manage Freight Purchase Orders

• Coordinate transfers of parts between plants

• Facilitate workflow for produced items

• Oversee material flow for on-time deliveries

Requirements:

• High school education with at least 5 years of experience or bachelor's degree with 2+ years

• Strong knowledge in transport and logistics

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Experience in a dynamic work environment
