Operations Specialist, Outbound Supply Chain

About the role

The Operations Specialist, Outbound Supply Chain owns Lalo's day-to-day outbound logistics from the moment inventory is received through delivery to the customer or retailer. That means order routing, warehouse coordination, inventory accuracy, and wholesale/DTC order management, plus the daily operational execution that keeps product moving reliably out the door. This is a foundational role, and we're building it deliberately: you'll grow your own expertise on the job, and organization, judgment, and follow-through matter more to us than prior industry experience.

As Lalo grows our retail and channel partnerships, this role is expected to grow alongside it. While this position generally follows standard business hours, peak operations periods may call for extra flexibility to keep fulfillment moving smoothly and reliably.

Lalo is a modern family brand designing thoughtfully made products that support families through the earliest stages of life. We are a fast-growing, design-driven company where ideas move quickly and ownership matters. Our work balances creativity with operational rigor, and we build through close collaboration, high standards, and a shared commitment to doing our work well.
