In this key role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and physical upkeep of a building covering over 9,275 m². As a team leader, you will coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks while ensuring equipment remains in top condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise maintenance work across the facility

• Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of premises

• Inspect and verify lighting, heating, and ventilation systems

• Conduct minor repairs and follow up on specialized work needed

• Monitor security and facilitate room preparations for events

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of relevant experience

• General knowledge of heating and ventilation systems

• Basic understanding of building trades

• WHIMIS and First Aid certification preferred

• Ability to use computers for maintenance duties
