We are looking for an experienced, independent, and proactive automotive parts counterperson to join our team at the technician counter.

Requests are frequent and priorities change quickly. We need someone who can take initiative, manage several files at once, and, above all, follow through.

You see what needs to be done, take ownership of it, and make sure it gets done.

• Assist technicians and service advisors.
• Search for, identify, order, and distribute the required parts.
• Prepare the parts needed for upcoming work and follow up on them.
• Manage orders, back orders, and reservations.
• Anticipate the service department's needs and act proactively.
• Keep your counter and workspace clean and organized.
• Ensure your department has the supplies it needs to operate efficiently.
• Identify problems, take ownership of them, and help resolve them.

• Experience in automotive parts or a similar environment.
• Fast and accurate, even during very busy periods.
• Able to manage several priorities at the same time.
• Organized, thorough, and dependable.
• Independent and proactive.
• Comfortable with computer tools and learning new systems.

• Stability: A permanent, full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime.
