Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance tasks with shift supervisors

• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP practices

• Lead preventive maintenance activities and recovery efforts

• Coach mechanics and technical operators for skills development

• Facilitate shift handovers with safety and quality discussions

Requirements:

• Industrial Millwright License (433A) with 5 years experience

• Strong communication skills with all shop employees

• Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical components

• Ability to read blueprints and manage work orders
