About the position
Work environmentWe believe that our employees are the cornerstone of achieving our goals. This is why we offer them a positive and inclusive work environment that is worthy of their dedication and professionalism. We promote career advancement by providing opportunities to develop and acquire new skills and competencies. We value diversity as well as the use of both official languages.📣 DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
The CSC is proud to be among the most diverse employers in the federal public service. We encourage women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, and members of visible minority groups to apply and to self-declare themselves as part of one or more of the Employment Equity groups as selection may be limited to candidates belonging to one or more of these groups.
We promote employment equity and encourage you to self-declare if you belong to one of the designated employment equity groups when you apply. To support employment equity objectives, diversity and inclusion, and/or to meet business requirements, selection may be limited to candidates who self‑declare as belonging to an equity‑seeking group. Self-declaration is voluntary, but it’s to your advantage to self-declare if you belong to any employment equity groups.
For some positions, managers may select people that self-declared as belonging to certain employment equity groups. 📣 MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
