Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, seeks a dedicated Home Infusion Registered Nurse. In this role, you'll administer specialty medications, document patient care, and coordinate with healthcare teams to enhance well-being. Your autonomy in decision-making can drive optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer specialty medications and IV infusions at home
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams for holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records documenting assessments
• Serve as the main contact for patient updates
• Make clinical decisions for achieving effective results
Requirements:
• Active RN license in state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• At least 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare
• Proficient in IV insertion and infusion techniques
• Valid driver’s license and availability for travel
