Clinical Lead, Home Health Care; RN/RPN
VHA Home Health Care in Ontario is seeking a Care Team Clinical Lead to lead in-home client care, conduct initial visits, and develop care plans. This role includes supervising PSWs, ensuring safety and quality, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
This permanent full-time CTCL position requires RN/RPN registration, strong clinical skills, and experience with Gold Care; base salary is CAD 53,000 to 66,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
