As a vital member of our nursing team, you will provide client-centered care, building rapport with individuals and families throughout the community. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and coordinate care plans
• Regularly evaluate and adjust care interventions
• Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with nursing supervisors and clients
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• RPN diploma/degree from an accredited institution
• Certification in First Aid or CPR
• Familiarity with community nursing preferred
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
