Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity in BC

In your role, you will work autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing patient care according to established nursing standards. Key tasks will include assessing and planning for patient needs, while also collaborating closely with Registered Nurses for more complex healthcare situations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care strategies

• Document care delivery and patient progress

• Assist in complex care situations alongside Registered Nurses

• Support families in understanding care processes

• Uphold BCCNM standards of practice in all actions

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing program

• Current BCCNM registration required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Physical ability to perform LPN duties

• Effective organization and task management skills
