Position: Director of Care at Optima Living
Lead the care team at Optima Living as a Director of Care. Your expertise in nursing leadership will ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents in Western Canada's communities.

In this senior role, you'll coordinate resident care delivery by managing staffing, clinical operations, and compliance with regulations. You will support the implementation of policies and guide your team through daily challenges. Your leadership will empower staff to provide top-tier care while promoting the values of dignity and connection for every resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to the clinical team

• Oversee implementation of care-related goals and objectives

• Develop individualized care and service plans

• Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies

• Manage resident assessments to determine care needs

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved nursing program

• Minimum one year of nursing leadership experience

• Active CPR and First Aid certification

• Knowledge of aging-related issues and wellness practices

• Strong organizational and communication skills
