In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities at ACCIONA adhere to pre-defined quality standards. Your leadership will guide Quality Control Coordinators, coordinate with subcontractors, and facilitate audits aimed at improving quality protocols. Engage with construction teams to swiftly resolve non-conformance issues and ensure compliance across all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and provide guidance to Quality Control Coordinators
• Manage quality checks and documentation processes
• Conduct quality briefings with site personnel
• Collaborate with teams to address quality concerns
• Assist in maintaining the Construction Quality Management Plan
Requirements:
• Strong foundation in quality management systems
• Experience with quality documentation tools
• Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to identify and manage quality risks
• Skills in implementing quality plans effectively
