Position: HSE Advisor Role in Western
Become an HSE Advisor with Ensign Energy, fostering health, safety, and environmental compliance in Western Canada's drilling sector. Engage in audits, training, and incident investigations to promote a safe workplace.

This role demands a minimum of three years of HSE experience within the oil and gas sector. You will be responsible for conducting safety audits, supporting incident investigations, and monitoring adherence to safety regulations. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving safety standards across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field safety audits on active rigs

• Aid in incident investigations and corrective action plans

• Provide toolbox talks and safety training sessions

• Monitor compliance with OHS Act and client standards

• Report on safety performance metrics

Requirements:

• NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent safety credentials

• At least 3 years of HSE experience in drilling

• Strong knowledge of Alberta OHS regulations

• Proficient communication and report writing abilities

• Valid H2S Alive, First Aid, and CSTS certifications
