Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across teams in cell development and production
• Specify and procure necessary equipment for prototyping
• Lead small-scale cell characterization efforts
• Develop and analyze new cell designs and experiments
• Conduct postmortem analysis on various cell types
Requirements:
• A PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent
• Proven experience in lithium battery prototyping
• Familiarity with electrochemical techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Capability to formulate Risk and COSHH assessments
