In this role, you will spearhead research efforts on early-stage ligand characterization. Your strong foundation in mammalian cell culture, fixed/live cell microscopy, and immunofluorescence will be crucial. You'll engage with teams to develop and standardize methods while providing insights to optimize research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently conduct biochemical assays for ligand activity
• Optimize various cell lines for compound behavior studies
• Evaluate affinity and internalization of compounds
• Interact with external vendors for discovery support
• Present and communicate scientific data effectively
Requirements:
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. with 3-5 years relevant experience
• 3+ years in the industry with experimental design skills
• Expertise in biochemical and cytotoxicity assays
• Proficiency in imaging techniques including confocal microscopy
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
