Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers to promote, sell and activate Certified Pre Owned devices (CPOs), accessories, and related products
  • Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and tablets
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
  • Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right phone or accessories based on their needs and preferences
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience

What You Can Expect After You Apply

Base Hourly Pay: 17$ - 21$

Bonus Pay: Monthly activations bonus

The actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
