Responsibilities

Oversee the various management activities for each of the store departments under your supervision.

Be responsible for the profitability and smooth operations of each store.

Define objectives, communicate expectations, and perform the necessary follow‑ups for continuous improvement with your team.

Supervise the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, merchandising, and sales per hour/person to ensure business readiness.

Select, train, evaluate, and motivate team members, surrounding them with competent people.
