• Oversee the various management activities for each of the store departments under your supervision.
• Be responsible for the profitability and smooth operations of each store.
• Define objectives, communicate expectations, and perform the necessary follow‑ups for continuous improvement with your team.
• Supervise the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, merchandising, and sales per hour/person to ensure business readiness.
• Select, train, evaluate, and motivate team members, surrounding them with competent people.
