Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations and oversee staff
• Strategize to drive sales and improve customer engagement
• Mentor and train staff for personal and professional growth
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards
• Lift stock as needed, up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in a retail management position
• Business-minded with a track record of sales success

• Capability to lift 50 lbs for inventory management
