Responsibilities Perform day‑to‑day management activities within the department in collaboration with the department manager.
Provide team members with feedback necessary for their professional development and achievement of established objectives.
Collaborate with production and customer service clerks to ensure exceptional customer service.
Work with the manager to manage inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role is preferred; current employees are encouraged to apply.
